1. Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability and the exact rate for your destination are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

2. Shipping rates

Rates are calculated by region and displayed before you place your order. Some regions, such as the United States and Canada, may qualify for free shipping. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included and are the customer's responsibility.

3. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email with your order number when your order is placed, and another when it ships.

4. Delivery time

• United States & Canada: approximately 3–7 business days.
• Europe & United Kingdom: approximately 5–10 business days.
• Rest of the world: approximately 7–21 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing and local carrier delays can extend delivery times.
